Raj K. Agrawal joined KKR in 2006. He is currently a member of the Infrastructure team, previously having worked on the Energy and Natural Resources and Retail industry teams. Prior to joining KKR, he was a Vice President with Warburg Pincus, where he was involved in the execution and oversight of a number of investments in the energy sector. Robert W. Antablin joined KKR in 2005 and during his time at the firm has been directly involved with numerous investments and portfolio companies. At KKR, Mr. Antablin has been involved with the firm's investments in Hilcorp Resources, East Resources and Energy Future Holdings. He has also had portfolio company responsibilities for ITC Holdings and Texas Genco. He is a member of KKR's Energy and Infrastructure team, and is involved with KKR Natural Resources, the firm's platform to acquire and operate conventional oil and natural gas assets. Mr. Antablin serves on the board of Hilcorp Resources. Prior to joining KKR, he was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its Industrials and Natural Resources Group, where he was involved in a number of merger, acquisition and financing transactions. He holds a B.S. with highest distinction from the William A. Schreyer Honors College of the Pennsylvania State University.

Joseph Y. Bae joined KKR in 1996 and is the Managing Partner of KKR Asia and member of the firm's Management Committee. During his tenure with KKR he has played a significant role in the investments in BIS Cleanaway, Borden, Elmers, Inc., MMI, PanAmSat, PRIMEDIA, Regal Cinemas, Seven, Shoppers Drug Mart, Visant, World Color Press and Yellow Pages Group. Currently, he is on the board of directors of BIS Industries, MMI, Unisteel, Seven, and Oriental Brewery. Mr. Bae, who had been located in the New York office, moved to Hong Kong in late 2005 to establish KKR's Asian operations. Scott Bookmyer recently transferred to Hong Kong to become CEO of KKR Capstone Asia. He originally joined KKR Capstone in New York in 2002. He was previously with The Boston Consulting Group in their Chicago and Paris offices. While at BCG, Mr. Bookmyer worked with companies in the industrial, consumer goods, retail and financial services sectors. Prior to business school, he was a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble. At KKR Capstone, Mr. Bookmyer has been involved with Energy Future Holdings (formerly TXU Corp.), Toys 'R' Us, Sealy and the Yellow Pages Group. John F. Bookout III joined KKR in 2008. He was a Director of McKinsey & Company for 28 years. Most recently he was responsible for their 17 global industry practices. During his career with McKinsey, he spent six years as Managing Partner of its Los Angeles office and four years in London where he led McKinsey's European Energy Practice. Mr. Bookout also served as Managing Partner of the Texas Office, as co-leader of the North American Energy Practice, and as a member of McKinsey's Shareholder's Committee. John Brakey joined KKR's Client and Partner Group in 2009. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Brakey was Head of Private Equity Fund of Funds in Macquarie Funds Group, the funds management arm of Macquarie Group. He was Chair of the Investment Committee and was responsible for the management of approximately AUD$5 billion of commitments in both domestic and international funds. From 2003 through 2006, Mr. Brandman was a Managing Partner at OMT Partners LLC, a boutique advisory firm. Prior to that, he founded and served for two years as the CEO of Renaissance Trading Technologies, a technology firm focused on trading solutions for the NYSE/NASDAQ markets. Before founding Renaissance Trading, Mr. Brandman was Chief Information Officer and Head of Electronic Trading at Robertson Stephens as well as a member of its Management Committee from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Brandman began his career at JP Morgan & Co. in 1991. He received a B.A. from Rutgers College.
