William B. Fisher

William B. Fisher joined KKR in 2004 and brings more than 30 years of diversified management experience to his position as Chief Investment Operations Officer at KKR. Prior to joining our operations team, Billy served as Managing Director at myCFO, Inc., later acquired by the Bank of Montreal. He helped build the infrastructure, managing the finance and operation for this high profile, startup wealth management firm, representing more than $20 billion in wealth. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Office at FURTHCO, a diversified private business, which included Chalk Hill Estate Winery & Vineyards, Furth Law Firm, Furth Investments and the Furth Foundation. His other positions included working as a Financial Manager at Gaddy Investment Company, an Assistant Controller at Continental Ozark, Inc., and a Senior Accountant at Frost & Company. Billy received a B.S. and B.A. in Accounting from the University of Arkansas.
Frederick M. Goltz

Frederick M. Goltz joined KKR in 1995. He is a Member of the general partner of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and heads KKR Asset Management's mezzanine business. He is a member of the KKR Asset Management Investment Committee and Portfolio Management Committee. He was previously co-head of the Energy and Natural Resources industry team and played a significant role in the development of many of the themes pursued by KKR in the energy space, including those related to integrated utilities, merchant generation, and oil and gas exploration and production. He was involved in KKR's investment in Texas Genco as well as Energy Future Holdings. Prior to KKR, Mr. Goltz was with Furman Selz Incorporated in its Corporate Finance Department sector. He has a B.A., B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
Matthew W. King

Matthew W. King joined KKR in 2003. He is currently the leader of Business Development and Portfolio Management Operations at KKR Asset Management. Prior to this role, Mr. King was a Principal at KKR Capstone, where he was involved with Accellent, PRIMEDIA, Sealy, Visant and Yellow Pages Group. Before joining KKR, he was at McKinsey & Company where he worked in a broad range of industries from insurance to petroleum. He holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from North Carolina State University.
Michael R. McFerran

Michael R. McFerran joined KKR in June 2005 and brings nearly 15 years of financial experience to his role of Chief Financial Officer of KKR Asset Management and Chief Operating Officer of KKR Financial Holdings LLC. Prior to joining KAM, Mr. McFerran spent the majority of his career at Ernst & Young in their financial services practice where he specialized in providing assurance and consulting services to a diverse mix of financial services firms. While at Ernst & Young LLP, Mr. McFerran received accelerated promotions to both manager and senior manger in their financial services practice. Additionally, prior to joining KKR, Mr. McFerran held Vice President positions at both XL Capital Ltd. and American Express. Mr. McFerran holds an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley and is a certified public accountant.
Thomas N. Murphy

Thomas N. Murphy joined KKR in 2009. Previously, Mr. Murphy worked for Countrywide Bank, a subsidiary of Countrywide Financial Corp. as the Executive Vice President for the Loan Accounting Department. Prior to Countrywide, Mr. Murphy was the Senior Compliance Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Dell in Ireland. Before that, Mr. Murphy spent seven years in Assurance & Advisory Services at Deloitte & Touche LLP, serving a variety of banking and financial services clients. Mr. Murphy holds a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Math from the University of Cork in Ireland. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Laurie L. Poggi

Laurie L. Poggi joined KKR in 2004 and serves as Head of Investor relations for KKR Private Equity Investors, L.P., KKR Financial Holdings LLC and KKR Strategic Capital Fund. Ms. Poggi is in charge of facilities and until recently, human resources for KKR Asset Management. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Poggi was with Boston Properties. While at Boston Properties, Ms. Poggi was involved in the commercial leasing activities at Embarcadero Center, a 3.6 million square foot office/retail complex located in San Francisco, California. Ms. Poggi also worked as a Property Manager at Boston Properties. Prior to joining Boston Properties, she was a Property Manager at Hines, a privately owned international real estate firm, where she was involved in the management of several projects located in Los Angeles and San Francisco, California. Ms. Poggi began her career at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Staff Accountant. Ms. Poggi received her B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting - magna cum laude - from the University of St. Thomas.
William C. Sonneborn

William C. Sonneborn joined KKR in 2008 and is a Member of KKR. He heads KKR Asset Management which includes KKR Financial Holdings LLC, of which he is the CEO. He is a member of the KKR Asset Management Investment Committee and Portfolio Management Committee. Prior to joining KKR, he spent over 10 years at The TCW Group, Inc. most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer and CEO of The TCW Funds, Inc. and a member of the executive committee of Societe Generale Asset Management, S.A. His responsibilities at TCW included overseeing and developing portfolio management, operations, and sales and marketing in both traditional and alternative investments. He has also served as member of the board of directors of The TCW Group, Inc. and Sompo Japan Asset Management in Tokyo, Japan. Prior to TCW, he spent 6 years in investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in both New York and Hong Kong predominantly focused on executing mergers & acquisitions for financial institutions. Bill graduated with honors from Georgetown University.
Jeffrey B. Van Horn

Jeffrey B. Van Horn joined KKR in October 2004. Before joining KKR, he worked in various finance positions, including Senior Vice President of Investments, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of AvalonBay Communities, Inc. and its predecessor, Bay Apartment Communities, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Van Horn worked in various positions, including Tax Partner, for Arthur Andersen LLP serving clients in the real estate, leasing, reverse mortgage, private equity, and REIT industries. He was a member of Arthur Andersen's firmwide Partnership and REIT Tax Specialty Teams. Mr. Van Horn graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Business Administration, concentration in Accounting, from California State University, Stanislaus. Mr. Van Horn is also a California-licensed Certified Public Accountant.
