Scott A. Cullerton

Scott A. Cullerton joined KKR Fixed Income in September 2008. Previously, Cullerton was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners where he founded Morgan Stanley's Private Equity group and was principally responsible for deal execution. Prior to that he was an Associate in the Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley and a Summer Associate at Merrill Lynch specializing in the Healthcare and Technology groups. He was also a Special Warfare Detachment Commander for the United States Navy. Cullerton received his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and his B.S., Cum Laude, from Duke University in Electrical Engineering and Economics.

Don D. Destino

Don D. Destino joined KKR Fixed Income in March 2007. Previously, Destino was the Managing Director in equity research and the senior research analyst covering the specialty finance sector at JMP Securities. Prior to JMP, Destino was a Vice President in the equity research department at Banc of America Securities focusing on specialty finance. He was also a Vice President in equity research at Jeffries and Company. He holds a M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from the University of San Diego.

Erik A. Falk

Erik A. Falk joined KKR Fixed Income in September of 2008. Previously, Erik was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. where he was most recently Global Co-Head of the Securitized Products Group. Erik co-ran a global group of over 220 people focused on principal investing, bond underwriting, direct lending and advisory business in securitized products. He was also the Global Head of the Special Situations Group where he launched a Global Principal Finance business focused on value trading and investing based on financial and hard asset valuation. Prior to that, Erik worked for Credit Suisse First Boston where he was a Director in their Asset Backed Securities department. He originated and executed capital market securitizations for banks, auto finance companies, airlines, student loan originators and CLO issuers. Erik graduated from Stanford University with a MS and BS in Chemical Engineering.

Evan S. Geller

Evan S. Geller joined KKR Fixed Income in July 2008. Prior to joining KKR, he was a Vice President in the Corporate Restructuring Group at Lazard Fréres & Co. where he advised clients in financial distress on restructuring, M&A, and financing transactions. Previously, he was with Bank of America Securities where he led the execution of high yield financings for leveraged acquisitions and recapitalizations. Prior to completing his M.B.A., Geller was with Grove Street Advisors, where he was involved in a broad range of private equity investments. He received his B.A. in Economics from Brown University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Frederick M. Goltz

Menlo Park

Frederick M. Goltz, Member of KKR, is the Head of KKR MP and will chair the Investment Committee. During his 13-year tenure with KKR, Mr. Goltz has played a significant role in the development of many of the investment themes pursued by KKR, including investments in the energy, railroad and industrial spaces. Prior to his current position, Mr. Goltz served as co-head of the Energy and Natural Resources industry team, where he was involved in KKR's investment in Texas Genco as well as Energy Future Holdings Corp. (formerly TXU Corp.). Mr. Goltz has also played an integral part in adding railroad industry investments, including CSX Corp., Union Pacific Corp., Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp. and Norfolk Southern Corp., to the opportunistic portfolio at KKR Private Equity Investors, L.P. Mr. Goltz spearheaded a refinancing of Accuride Corporation that, through the targeted use of subordinated debt, revolving credit and appropriately-designed covenants, provided Accuride with significant liquidity in a challenging market as well as the flexibility to make acquisitions and add capacity. Prior to KKR, Mr. Goltz worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Furman Selz Incorporated. He holds a B.A./B.S. Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Geoffrey M. Jones

Geoffrey M. Jones joined KKR Fixed Income in May 2005. Prior to joining KKR Fixed Income, he was a Vice President at Mellon Global Alternative Investments, a division of Mellon Asset Servicing. Before that, Jones was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the Financial Advisory Services division. He also worked at Brown-Forman Corporation as an Analyst in Corporate Development and Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff, LLP as an Associate Attorney in the litigation department. He has a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in Economics, a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, and an M.B.A. with High Honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charterholder.

Jeremiah S. Lane

Jeremiah S. Lane is a Principal at KKR Fixed Income. Prior to joining our credit team, he worked as an Associate in the Investment Banking/Technology, Media and Telecom Group at JPMorgan Chase — handling deals for clients including Qwest, Western Wireless, Nextel Partners, and ON Semiconductor. While at JPMorgan, he achieved top tier ranking during his four years with the company and was promoted from Analyst to Associate in June 2004. He also worked as an Analyst at Solomon Smith Barney. Lane holds an A.B. with honors in History from Harvard University.

Ryan J. Marshall

New York

Ryan J. Marshall brings more than 18 years of experience to his position as Managing Director of KKR Fixed Income. Prior to joining KKR Fixed Income in 2006, Ryan served as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley for nearly six years, serving as Global Head of Morgan Stanley's 150 person Fixed Income Research Department. Ryan was a member of Credit and Securitized Products Operating Committee. In total, Ryan spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley. He gained risk management experience as Head of Securitized Products Trading, a 14-person trading desk with balance sheet positions exceeding $15 billion. His international experience includes establishing an 18-person fixed income research team in Mumbai, India and managing research professionals in London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. He began his career at First Boston as an analyst and associate in the Securitized Products Group. At First Boston Ryan worked in Securitized Products Finance, Capital Markets and Trading focusing on Resolution Trust Corporation opportunities. Ryan holds a BS in Economics with a dual concentration in Finance and Multinational Management, and graduated Cum Laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Justin C. Nyweide

Justin C. Nyweide joined KKR Fixed Income in August 2006. Prior to joining KKR Fixed Income, Nyweide spent two years with GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC as a Private Equity Analyst. Before joining GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC in July 2004, Nyweide worked at Wachovia Securities as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group. Prior to Bear, he was an analyst at BNY Capital Markets in the international structured finance, private placement and high yield groups. He has also worked at Asset Strategies Group and The Office of Management & Budget. Reed received a Global Professional M.B.A. in finance and cross cultural solutions from Fordham University School of Business Administration. He received a B.A. in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of South Carolina.

Christopher A. Sheldon

Christopher A. Sheldon brings more than 10 years of experience to his position as a Director at KKR Fixed Income. Prior to joining our credit team, he was a Vice President, Senior Investment Analyst at Wells Fargo Bank, High Yield Securities Group. He was a participant of an investment team (Sutter Advisors LLC) that managed more than $3 billion in assets, with a primary focus on the High-Yield Asset class. Before joining Wells Fargo, he worked at Young & Rubicam Advertising and at SFM Media Corporation as a media planner. He has a B.A. degree from Denison University.

William C. Sonneborn

William C. Sonneborn joined KKR in 2008. Prior to joining KKR, he spent more than 10 years at The TCW Group, Inc. most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer, and CEO of The TCW Funds, Inc. and a member of the executive committee of Societe Generale Asset Management. His responsibilities at TCW included overseeing and developing portfolio management, operations, and sales and marketing in both traditional and alternative investments. Prior to TCW, he spent six years in investment Banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in both New York and Hong Kong predominantly focused on executing mergers & acquisitions for financial institutions. Sonneborn graduated with honors from Georgetown University.

Prior to his tenure with GE Capital, Tapley worked for Cambridge Strategic Management Group as an Associate in Telecommunications Management Consulting. Jamie M. Weinstein

Jamie M. Weinstein brings extensive experience to his position as a Director at KKR Fixed Income. Prior to joining our credit team, he worked at Tishman Speyer Properties as a Director of Acquisitions for Northern California. He presented potential investments to the firm's global investment committee, including handling all aspect of acquisitions and disposals, and sourcing alternative transaction types. He also worked at the Boston Consulting Group, where he was promoted to consultant in just 18 months. Weinstein worked with clients in a number of areas including domestic airlines, retailing, consumer packaged goods, and manufacturing. He holds a B.S.E., Cum Laude, in Civil Engineering and Operations Research from Princeton University, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Nathaniel L. Yap is a Principal at KKR Fixed Income. Prior to joining our credit team, he worked in High Yield Research at JPMorgan Securities, following the paper, packaging and chemicals industries. Before getting his M.B.A. at Wharton, he worked as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Investment Analyst in High Yield and Distressed Securities at Wells Fargo Bank, where he was responsible for investment decisions related to industrial and manufacturing companies. Yap originally joined Wells Fargo working in Middle Market Commercial Finance. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a CFA charterholder.
