Clifford Chiu
Hong Kong
Clifford Chiu joined KKR in 2007 and leads investor relations and capital raising activities in Asia. He is a government appointee on the advisory committee for the financial services sector in Hong Kong. Prior to joining KKR, Chiu was a Managing Director of JPMorgan Asset Management, based in Hong Kong, where he headed both the institutional and global liquidity businesses on the buy-side in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, Chiu was a Managing Director at Citigroup, and its predecessor firms, including the Salomon Smith Barney unit, where he was head of Hong Kong investment banking and beforehand co-head of Japan investment banking, based in Tokyo. Chiu holds a B.S. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
John Empson

John Empson joined KKR in June 2008 as the Managing Director of KKR Capital Markets Ltd. With J.P. Morgan for 21 years, he has had long-term experience in the European debt markets and was formerly head of J.P. Morgan's European leveraged loan capital markets businesses between 2003 and 2008. John also has extensive experience in leveraged finance debt origination and has worked on some of the largest and most complex transactions syndicated in the European market.
Annette Guarnaccio

Annette Guarnaccio has been with KKR for 26 years. Currently, she oversees the Firm's fund administration and participates in investor relations and capital raising activities. Prior to joining KKR, Guarnaccio was with Continental Group working in their finance department. She attended Kingsborough College.
Greg Guest
New York
Greg Guest joined KKR in 2007 with a focus on KKR Capital Markets LLC and KKR Private Equity Investors, L.P. Prior to joining KKR, Guest spent 12 years at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Most recently he served as Managing Director in Citigroup's Equity Capital Markets Division covering a mix of global accounts such as Wellington, Gartmore, HBK, Morgan Stanley, T. Rowe Price and Frontpoint. Guest began his career at Wellington as a research analyst on the $20 billion Windsor fund run by John Neff and Chuck Freeman covering financials and industrials. He holds a B.A. from Princeton University.
Dominique Y. Hansen

Dominique Y. Hansen joined KKR in 2006 and is involved in investor relations and capital raising activities both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining KKR, Hansen was with OMERS Capital Partners, the private equity arm of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System. While at OMERS, Hansen was involved in the sourcing, negotiating, structuring and monitoring of fund investments and direct co-investments in North America and Europe. Prior to joining OMERS, Hansen was Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions at Orion Securities, a technology investment bank based in Toronto, Canada. She holds a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University and an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Anthony C. Hass

Anthony C. Hass joined KKR in 2003 and is involved in investor relations and capital raising activities both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining KKR, Hass led the West Coast financial sponsor coverage practice for Deutsche Bank and was head of the bank's Los Angeles office. He joined Bankers Trust, the predecessor firm, in 1988 in the leveraged finance group and, prior to that, was a corporate finance analyst at Lehman Brothers. He holds a B.A. from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from The Anderson School at UCLA.
Gary H. Jacobs

Gary H. Jacobs joined KKR in 2008 as the trader and risk manager for KKR Capital Markets LLC. Prior to joining KKR, Jacobs was a Managing Director at Citigroup within the Equities division where he spent 16 years trading options, derivatives, convertibles, and cash equities. Jacobs received a B.A. from Columbia College and an M.B.A. from New York University.
Aren LeeKong

Aren LeeKong joined KKR in 2007 to focus on capital markets initiatives. LeeKong's primary concentration is on direct placement of private equity co-investments, public equity, and credit. He has been involved in placements for Dollar General, First Data Corporation, Energy Future Holdings (formerly TXU Corp.), Alliance Boots, Northgate Information Systems, and Rockwood Holdings. Prior to joining KKR, LeeKong spent nine years at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Most recently he served as a Director in Citigroup's Equity Capital Markets Division, overseeing the firm's equity private placement initiatives. LeeKong began his career at Salomon Smith Barney in Institutional Equity Sales, focusing on hedge funds. He holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Jonathan R. Levin

Jonathan R. Levin has been with KKR since 2004 and is a member of the Capital Team with a focus on capital markets, capital management, and new products. He played a significant role in the recent KKR/KPE transaction and is also involved with strategic projects and new business-related initiatives for the Firm. Previously, Levin was a member of the Financial Institutions group and played a role in the investments in Capmark Financial Group and First Data Corporation. Prior to joining KKR, he was with Bear Stearns & Company in its Merchant Banking Group, where he was involved in a number of private equity transactions. He holds a B.A., Cum Laude, from Harvard College.

Lucy Liu joined KKR in 2008 and is involved in investor relations and capital raising activities in Asia. Prior to joining KKR, Liu was a Vice President of JPMorgan Asset Management responsible for China institutional business covering clients including banks, insurers, government agencies and selected companies. Prior to that, she had assumed increasingly responsible roles in finance and investment management for 16 years within Sinochem Corporation at their Beijing headquarters and on expatriate assignments in both London and Hong Kong. She holds a B.A. from Shanghai Maritime University in China and an M.B.A. from City Business School (now Cass Business School), London.
Christina A. Pamberg

Christina A. Pamberg joined KKR in 2005 and is responsible for investor relations and capital raising activities for Europe. Prior to joining KKR, Pamberg was with HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Ltd. In her five years at HarbourVest, Pamberg was involved in various aspects of fund-of-funds investing covering primary, secondary and direct co-investments, most recently serving as a Vice President in HarbourVest's secondary group. Prior to that time, she was an equity analyst at Salomon Smith Barney in London. Pamberg holds a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
Irene Mavroyannis

Irene Mavroyannis joined KKR in 2007 and is the Chief Operating Officer of KKR Capital Markets LLC. Her primary areas of focus within KKR Capital Markets LLC and the KKR Capital Raising team are capital markets financing/structuring and new product development. Prior to joining KKR, she was a Director in the Origination Group, Equity Capital Markets, at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and previous to Citigroup, was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in the Corporate Finance Execution Group. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mavroyannis was an attorney at Shearman & Sterling in their Capital Markets Group. She received a B.Soc.Science, Summa cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Laws, Magna cum Laude, from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Laws, Honors, from The University of Chicago Law School.
Janice Cook Roberts

Janice Cook Roberts joined KKR in 2007 and is involved in investor relations and capital raising activities. Prior to joining KKR, Roberts was Co-CEO and Co-President of the New York City Investment Fund. Roberts focused on developing the strategy of this civic venture fund, identification and execution of transactions and monitoring portfolio companies. Prior to that, she was Executive Director of International in MCA/Universal's Home Entertainment Group (now owned by NBC/Universal). She was previously with Bankers Trust in its Corporate Finance Department. Roberts earned a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
William C. Sonneborn

William C. Sonneborn joined KKR in 2008. Prior to joining KKR, he spent over 10 years at The TCW Group, Inc. most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer, and CEO of The TCW Funds, Inc. and a member of the executive committee of Societe Generale Asset Management. His responsibilities at TCW included overseeing and developing portfolio management, operations, and sales and marketing in both traditional and alternative investments. Prior to TCW, he spent six years in investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in both New York and Hong Kong predominantly focused on executing mergers & acquisitions for financial institutions. Sonneborn graduated with honors from Georgetown University.
Masaki Sugita

Masaki Sugita joined KKR in 2008 and is involved in investor relations and capital raising activities in Japan. Prior to joining KKR, Sugita was a Chief Portfolio Advisor of Nissay Asset Management, which is a group company of Nippon Life, the largest life insurance company in Japan. He led the portfolio advisory and business development department for institutional investors. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director of UBS Global Asset Management of Japan where he was appointed as Head of Client Relationship Management & Business Development and a Member of the Board of Directors. He started his career in 1979 at the Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan where he gained experience in corporate finance and asset management businesses. He holds a B.A. of Laws from Tokyo University.
Alisa A. Wood

Alisa A. Wood joined KKR in 2003 and is a principal in the New York office. She is involved in the firm's global capital raising and capital market activities. She was also involved with the creation of KKR Private Equity Investors. Prior to joining KKR, Wood was with Deutsche Bank's Private Equity Group where she worked on the institutional placement of private equity, venture capital, real estate and securitized debt products. She holds a B.A. from Columbia College and an M.B.A from Columbia Business School.
